Rob Eastaway - Rob takes a special interest in innovation in the workplace. Since 1990 he has worked with organisations ranging from the Department of Health and the Food Standards Agency to the Science Museum and the Chartered Society of Designers. He has worked extensively with The National School of Government on programmes including 'Young Node' and the Public Sector Leaders Scheme. He is also an established author, speaker and radio broadcaster. His books include the bestselling 'Why Do Buses Come In Threes?' and 'How Long Is A Piece Of String?'. Oh, and he loves cricket.
Phil Lowe - Phil is a leadership development specialist with a formal training in work psychology and 19 years’ experience in working with organisations in the areas of leadership and teamwork. Formerly a senior consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, he has worked with teams at all levels including main Boards; his recent clients have included the NHS, Deutsche Bank, ebay and WPP. A trained actor, he has a creative and media background: he co-wrote seven series of The Board Game for BBC Radio 4, as well as two books on management development. He has featured as a pundit on several BBC Five Live business and current affairs programmes.
